You can pick up your order from our store Shipping Method “Collection from the Store”. Your information is provided immediately by e-mail or telephone. Orders are paid at the store cashier upon receipt with the following payment methods: Cash – Debit or Credit Card.
Cash on delivery
You can pay for your order upon receipt by you at your place, paying the amount due to the distributor. If you choose cash on delivery, you will be charged an additional € 1.90.
If you wish to pay for your order by card (POS), you must notify us in advance.
Cash on delivery is not possible and orders will be paid by deposit / transfer to a bank account or by debit / credit card, in two cases:
For bulky or heavy items, where the transport agency undertakes their distribution.
For documents over 500 €, according to the applicable tax provisions.
