If you wish to change a product or want to return any defective product, please read the instructions below for your best service and then contact us. The packaging for the shipment to our store should be as small in volume as possible as the charge of the parcel by the courier is volumetric, but at the same time safe for its protection.

Withdrawal – Product Change

Changes are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase. Products to be returned must be returned intact, in their packaging without being opened or altered, accompanied by proof of purchase or their invoice.

If the above conditions are met, the customer will be refunded or replaced with the desired product. If the order was paid by credit card, JONIK TOYS will proceed with all the planned actions in order to inform the bank in order to return the money to the customer. In these cases, the time for the credit of the amount is purely the responsibility of the competent bank and JONIK TOYS is released from any responsibility for any delays.

In this case the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

For the seasonal items: Carnival, Easter, Summer, School and Christmas, the possibility of change expires at the end of the respective time periods.

Defective products

Defective product changes are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice. The product can only be replaced if the defect is manufactured and does not result from consumer misuse or violation of the product instructions. Once we receive the product we will check it and then, if it meets the above conditions, a replacement will be made and the shipping costs will be borne by JONIK TOYS. In case the returned products do not meet the conditions, they will be returned to the customer with a charge for the recipient’s shipping costs.

We inform you that it is a common phenomenon that the game does not work due to a bad type of batteries. Make sure you use new alkaline batteries of the same or equivalent type according to the instructions and with the correct polarity.
